Our Roof Cleaning Process

Moss, lichen and algae on your roof can degrade the roof tiles. This can lead to water ingress and, ultimately, the premature replacement of your roof.

By cleaning your roof with a chemical biocide you can add years of service to your roof. Our cleaning system is non-invasive and very gentle.

Gutter Cleaning

We offer a professional fixed price service. Using a vacuum system we clear and clean your gutters, downpipes and facias.  We provide before and after photos and advise of any problems or defects. If we are able, we will make any repairs for you.

Before beginning we will assess and quote for the roof and gutter cleaning job required and arrange a time that suits your schedule. We will also run through with you on the day any requirements such as closing windows and doors and tidying areas that you may wish to keep out of the area during the cleaning process.

FAQs

What happens if I don't bother with gutter cleaning?

Going for a long period of time without gutter cleaning can lead to a build up of mould inside and outside your guttering, and a condensing of debris which can lead to blocked gutters. Blocked guttering can lead to siding damage, foundation damage caused by flooding, as well as flooding in your property, including roofs and basements. Other dangers include spalling (peeling or flaking) brickwork, and insect or rodent infestations.

How messy is this process?

We take pride in the care and attention to each roof and gutter cleaning situation. We'll carefully clear away, pack and dispose of the debris that's created by the process.

Do the downpipes receive cleaning too?

Yes - all downpipes above ground level will be taken care of as part of our roof and gutter cleaning service.
